DoseMate Planner Privacy Policy

DoseMate Planner helps users organize medications and supplements, set reminders, track daily intake, and recognize package text using on-device OCR.

Data Collection

DoseMate Planner does not collect, sell, or share personal data.

Medication, supplement, reminder, goal, and tracking information entered by users is stored locally on the user's device. DoseMate Planner does not upload this information to a server.

Photo Import and OCR

Photo import is used only to recognize text on medication bottles, supplement labels, medicine boxes, or package inserts. OCR processing is performed on the device using Apple technologies. Photos and recognized text are not uploaded to a server by DoseMate Planner.

Notifications

DoseMate Planner uses local notifications to remind users about scheduled items. Notification permissions are managed by iOS and can be changed in device settings.
